Chris Guerin, the founder, developed his CGI expertise at the University of Arts Bournemouth, embarking on a career at Rolls-Royce in 1997. For over a decade, he created cutting-edge aerospace and defence training still in use today.
In 2008, he established Short CGI, collaborating with prestigious clients such as Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems, Merck, Bentley, and many others in diverse sectors like Healthcare, Energy, and Automotive.

In 2017, recognizing the growing significance of VR, he believed it needed simplification to become accessible to the masses for everyday use.
His motivation stemmed from childhood struggles with dyslexia. He envisioned VR's transformative potential for education and enterprise training, particularly benefiting those who learn best through hands-on experience rather than traditional reading methods, and Xpllore was born.
